OneDrive is Microsoft's online cloud storage service, where you can sync your local files and keep a backup copy that is accessible on other devices.
Office Live is a defunct service that likely was once a part of Office 2010 release and the Windows Live wave of services around 2006 to 2012. It no longer exists.
Today, you either save your files to the local documents folder in Office applications, to OneDrive or SharePoint (also known as OneDrive for Business).
Users also have the option of saving to other services such as Dropbox or Google Drive and many others.
