Virtual PC on Windows 10?

Is there a program available for Windows 10 machines like Microsoft's Virtual PC that I downloaded to my

older Windows 7 Professional computer, so that I could run a program that would not run on any operating

system newer than Windows XP?

I have done a couple of searches on the internet and have found conflicting information regarding this.

Thank you very much for any help with this.

    Is there ANY way for me to run virtual PC instead of hyper v in windows 10. Hyper V will not support what I need. My choices currently are, keep windows 7 and totally ignore windows 10, or purchase something like vmware, since hyper v, absolutely cannot do what I need.
