Which version of Intel Chipset is installed?

I am running Windows 10 64bit build 18362.86. According to Device Manager (System Devices), version 10.1.1.38 is installed.

When I attempt to install version 10.1.1.45, Intel install states, "A newer version is already installed.  Are you sure you want to downgrade?".   Is there another way (other than Device Manager) to determine the version number currently installed?

When accessing Device Manager and then System Devices and than any of the "Intel 200 Series Chipset Family PCI …" listings, it shows Intel Driver Version 10.1.1.38 dated October 3, 2016.

When accessing "Intel Management Engine Interface", it displays Intel Driver Version 1828.12.0.1152 dated 7/12/2018.

What I've been trying is to update the Intel 200 Series Chipset drivers to newer to October 3, 2016.

    Please advise.

Good day ! I am an independent adviser here to help you!

Best way to find this is in Device Manager under the system devices called "Intel Management Engine Interface"

If that isn't what you want, you can try Speccy: https://www.****/speccy

Run it and click CPU and it may give you info or motherboard.
