Microsoft 850 Wireless Keyboard not working after Firmware Update

After inserting the USB, I received a pop up to download firmware driver at this link

https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/keyboards/wireless-keyboard-850/pz3-00001#techspecs-connect

After downloading and running the 2 drivers (Mouse Keyboard Centre and Wireless 850 Keyboard Update), keyboard is still not responding/ not working.

I have turned on Filter Keys under "Ease of Keyboard Access", updated drivers under Device Manager, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I have ran Keyboard Troubleshooter. Keyboard is still not working.

My OS is Windows 10 Pro and there are no pending Windows Update. Windows 10 is at the latest update version.

    Sadly QiCheng,

I have visited your link before and did all the steps and it does not work. The USB is detected and keyboard "On" lights up when I reinsert battery, I have also changed to fresh batteries. I highly suspect it is either driver issue (The Driver on Microsoft Website might have bug on exe file or Windows 10 has some incompatibility issue with the Microsoft 850 keyboard. As the keyboard works on my other computer running Windows 7.

I have already tried the options on your link before :

    1. Ran Troubleshooter
    2. Update followed by uninstall driver
