    Hi catsincarolina

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

Best way is to transfer through File Explorer.

Connect your phone > Your phone would appear under This PC

Click that to display phone folders > Navigate to the folder where voice mail is

Select the voice mail files > CTRL+C to copy the files

Go the destination folder on your computer

CTRL+V to paste files into your computer

Do let me know if you have any more question or require further help.

    Hi catsincarolina

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

What type of Phone are you using: Android or iPhone?

If its Android, follow these steps, references Samsung, but should also work for different type of Android phones:

    https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devic...

If its an iPhone, you open the Phone app, tap on Voicemail

Tap on the voice mail message

    Tap the Share menu

If you have OneDrive installed, you can choose to save it there and it will sync back to your Windows 10 PC.
