- Install of mounted 17763.107.101029-1455.rs5_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_LTSC_EVAL_x64FRE_en-us.iso within running Win10 Enterprise on laptop fails with exact same errors, code 0xc1900101 - 0x20017 Win 10 installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation
- Clean install of bootable USB stick made with Rufus from above ISO results in BSOD "Your PC ran in a poblem and needs to restart, we'll restart for you" Stop code DRIVER PNP_WATCHDOG Antivirus (Kaspersky) uninstalled, everything unpugged from laptop.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-10-enterprise
Then clean install to check result, for LTSC version, we need to clean install rather than upgrade.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
