At the link you posted... Either of the top two on the list depending on whether your machine is running 32 or 64 bit Windows 10... If you are unsure, the x86 for 32 bit would work on either...
BTW... WinRar is a nice program, but it is not free like the 7-Zip... 7-Zip would be your best choice for a free extractor program...

Windows 10 provides its own inbuilt feature to unzip zip files. You don't need 7zip or any other third party programs to unzip the files. You require a third party program only if you need advanced features apart from zipping and unzipping
Microsoft Store also provides a couple of zip utilities which are free. Just go to Microsoft Store and type zip in the search field. You would get many.
For 7zip, see the picture which you would like to download.

I use 7-Zip and you should download the 64 bit if your computer uses that Windows version. Download the x86 version if your computer is 32 bit.

I've been using 7-zip for years. It's a great little program.
You should download 7-zip 19.00, released on 2019-02-21. Download either the 32- or the 64-bit version, depending on what kind of computer you have. You can download from here:
