See if you can Reset the app at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Power Media Player > Advanced Settings > Reset or Repair.
If not then you can uninstall it in the same place, then download and reinstall from this link: https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/s...
If you're using this as a free DVD player for WIndows 10, another popular choice to try is VLC here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
If you prefer that then you could uninstall the Dell player and use VLC which is less bloated and causes less issues than PowerDVD products.
