    Hello,

    Please try these suggestions:

Upgrade your system to latest version. If you're already on latest version, make sure you installed latest update released.

Go to your device manufacture's website and download latest audio drivers for your system model. Or download Realtek's HD audio driver(s) directly from here:

    https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software

    Hope this helps!

Hi Alvin. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

Update the sound driver from the PC maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model, if it is newer than the one presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. While there compare to make sure you also have the latest BIOS, Chipset, Display, Network and all other drivers.

The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is to always have the latest manufacturer's drivers installed.

If you have the latest driver then to install just the Realtek audio manager go here:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
