I want to download the service pack 4 [Arabic GUI] version for Windows 2000 Pro.

2019-06-19T01:50:08+00:00 Thank you, concerning "Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Express Install for End Users" I have downloaded that file but it doesn't download anything just an error message, I think that error message because that file is the online installation version and you know windows 2000 has become old, so the server has become abandoned.
And about "Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (KB891861)" I think it is just an update or hotfix, not the service pack 4 itself because the service pack 3 size is 113MB, so how the service pack 4 size is 31MB!.
Please, I want the offline installation for service pack 4.
