I can create a regedit to create user mode dumps just need to know the exact name of the .exe
msvcrt.dll(ver 7.0.17763.1) causes an application crash on Particular TabletPC (Windows 10 Pro 1809, OS Build 17763.379 installed).
I tried to install application XYZ from XYZ.msi on a following TabletPC TOUGHPAD FZ-M1(Made by Panasonic).
OS:Windows 10 Pro
Version:1809
OS Build:17763.379
Despite of installation was success(XYZ.exe, files and folders which run XYZ.exe are fully generated), XYZ.exe did not run.
When I tried to run, I recognized no message for error or crash.
Another TOUGHPAD(TYPE FZ-G1) did not happen same crash. XYZ.exe can be installed and run.
But environments of tablet (.NET Framework(version 4.7.2), OS, Version, OS Build) are same with TOUGHPAD FZ-M1.
When I checked errorlog on Eventviewer, I noticed following EventData is generated.

I found similar probrem in Microsoft Community and I tried 2 solutions they are written in following link.
1st: Run the compatibility troubleshooter
2nd: Download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package.
But the problem of crash was not solved.
As I am not developer of XYZ.exe, I cannot try solution in following link (Forumn of MSDN).
Please guide me someting to solve the problem. I do not matter if it seems to be small or not be solution.

No I am not familiar with user mode dumps.
I read user mode dumps written in Japanese, but I cannot understand what to do.

Today I tried to install KB4495667, that install is successed.
And I installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 redistributable package again.
After that I tried to run XYZ.exe, the application did not run.
