Hi Arief. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

See if one of these methods works:

If not try the fixes here:

     https://www.kapilarya.com/fix-cant-change-screen-brightness-in-windows-10

Also, the latest version 1903 has new brightness sliders in Action Center and restores them in the other places they may have gone missing.  I would manually upgrade to latest version by the most stable method:  Install the Media Creation Tool from this link  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install, choosing Download Tool Now, install the tool, open it and choose Upgrade this PC Now. .   This will save your files and apps while bringing you up to the latest version by the most stable method.  It will also bring all of your Updates current and solve most problems since it reinstalls Windows.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

That's if there's slider brightness on setting, but in my case slider brightness is nothing there. Btw i'm on the latest version 1903.

    Hi Arief

I am an Independent Advisor here to help

On my PC running Windows 10 Pro I can get the brightness slider by typing Brightness into the Windows search bar. Does this work for you?

If I click it will open Setting > Display

and slider brightness is nothing there.
