I need software and drivers to reinstall this keyboard. The "My Favorites" buttons stopped working. Everything else still works fine on the keyboard.

Thank you for your rapid response, Andre.  Unfortunately I guess I'm not tech-savvy enough to follow your suggestions.  Actually, this keyboard has been working on my Windows 10 Keyboard for a couple of years.  I must have done something that stopped the 5 Favorite Keys from working and I really liked that feature.  I thought reinstalling the software would fix it, but that didn't work.  Thanks anyway for your suggestions.

    Hi Jim

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

I am only seeing Windows 8 or earlier drivers for this model keyboard.

You could download the current version then try installing compatibility mode:

Windows 10 1809 which you currently have installed has been breaking compatibility with some older hardware devices.

As future Windows 10 feature updates are released it will introduce an incompatibility with older devices and PC's. Certain components will not support these changes as observed by some users not seeing transparency anymore. Recommendations include: rollback, block the upgrade or consider upgrading components in your system such as graphics, storage, BIOS, motherboard or purchase a new Windows 10 PC.

If you need help with downgrading to the original working version of Windows you had prior to upgrading to Windows 10, do let us know.

That won't work for me, Andre.  The only restore point that appeared was 05/18/2019 and this problem occurred a few months ago.

    You are welcome Jim.

You could try the simpler System Restore before this problem started to see if it resolves the problem.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: rstrui.exe

    Hit Enter

This will start the system restore wizard. Choose a restore point before the problem started.
