Hi Jeremy. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.
Did you research this 2010 PC before upgrading to Windows 10, or were you running earlier versions of Windows 10 which provided these drivers?
The latest Windows OS supported is Windows 7:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservic...
These often can run on Windows 10 but may need to be installed in Compatibility mode:
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/win...
Expedite Windows Updates to see if it finds any other drivers, then see special steps here to try to find drivers by searching for the device make/model or using the Hardware ID as explained here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...
If you get stuck let me know the device make/model, Hardware ID and I will try to help you track it down.
If the Product Key is still readable on COA sticker on PC or retail key insert, you can also reinstall Windows 7 following http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
