Hello, achievements in the Windows 10 version of Minecraft do not work. I tried "wsreset", reinstall the application and nothing works. My friend is not allowed to join my game, his character appears but he does not see anything in the game and in the end he gives connection error. I have been told in Support to publish it here. Minecraft's version 1.11.1 (latest) Thank you.

    I found the solution:

Service "Connected User Experiencie and Telemetry" has to be activated.

    Thanks for the help.

I recommend you try contacting support, let them put you through a tier 2 support so they can investigate your Microsoft Account, because that is likely where the issue lies why you can't get achievements.

Still without working. My cousin can get achievements on same world as we are playing, but I can't.

    This only happens with Minecraft.

    Hi lordofdarko

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

First of all, make sure you are running the latest version of Windows 10. Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates

Wait while any pending updates are downloaded.

Could you confirm if this also happens in the default Administrator account?

    Open Start

    Type: cmd

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

    At the command prompt, type:

    net user administrator/active:yes

    Hit Enter

Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.

download the following utility and use it to remove Minecraft: extract it, launch it, scroll through the list, select Minecraft then click Remove.

Download and reinstall Minecraft for Windows 10 - Microsoft Store

    Check if its working again.
