Where are the PgUp and PgDn keys on the Windows 10 Touch Keyboard?

I MUST have PgDn and PgUp keys on My Surface Go for use with a terminal emulator program.  I can't find them or generate them by any means I have tried, including Fn key combinations.  How do I generate PgDn and PgUp keys on a Surface Go with the Windows 10 Touch Keyboard (not the Type Cover)?

There is no Page Up or Down key on the touch keyboard, only the OnScreen Keyboard from Ease of Access settings.

Have you tried holding the Ctrl key while pressing the up or down key as this is the universal way to page up or down without keyboard.

    Other Surface Fn shortcuts here

Yes, I tried the "universal way" before I posted this question. I also tried a lot of Fn key combinations, but apparently not Fn Down Arrow and Fn Up Arrow, which turned out to work in the IBM iAccess 5250 terminal emulator I am struggling with. You get the 'Answer' status since the suggestion came from the Fn key link you provided.

I'm thinking you didn't read my question carefully.  It states that the problem is on a Surface Go.  I figured people from Microsoft would recognize that as a Microsoft product.  I also stated that it is the Windows 10 Touch Keyboard, NOT the Type Cover on the Microsoft Surface Go.  There are no PgDn or PgUp keys ANYWHERE on the on screen (touch ) keyboard, no matter which configuration I select.  Would you like to try again?

There is no Page up or down keys on touch keyboard.

Have you tried holding the Fn key while tapping the up or down arrow?
