Hi DG. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

To convert .pdf to .svg of less than 10mb there are free converters here:

    https://www.pdfconverters.net/resources/two-eff...

    https://www.zamzar.com/convert/pdf-to-svg/

There's a manual method Wiki here:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

    Hi dgramNH

Windows does not naively have an app that can convert a PDF to an SVG

There are a few free online converters you can use to convert a PDF to an SVG file.

If you have any difficulty finding one of those, upload that PDF to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.) share that file and provide a link here, and I will convert that for you to SVG in a couple of seconds . . .
