    Hi Aim

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

The Media Feature Pack is only available for Windows 10 N, K and KN editions. You are not running any of those.

If you need to install Media Player, try this step.

Click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Manage optional features > Add a feature

Click Windows Media Player and let it download, restart then launch it.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: control

    Hit Enter

    Open Troubleshooting

    Open Programs

    Open Windows Media Player Library

Complete the wizard, restart then check if its working.

    If not...

You can try uninstall then reinstall it to see if it helps.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: optionalfeatures.exe

    Hit Enter

    Expand Media Features

    Uncheck Media Player

    Click OK

    Restart if prompted

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: optionalfeatures.exe

    Hit Enter

    Expand Media Features

    Check Media Player

    Click OK

    Restart if prompted

If you still don't get Media Player installed try the following:
