2019-06-21T00:13:45+00:00 Hi Casey, I'm Bill.
The first step that I'd suggest is the Windows troubleshooter. It can often fix issues with USB drivers. Click Start and type "Troubleshoot", then select the first results. Scroll down and choose Hardware and Devices. This might fix the issue.
Otherwise, manually reinstall the drivers from the Logitech website. It's possible the drivers you have installed for the Webcam aren't up to date with the latest version of Windows 10.
Here's a download link for the latest drivers:

Let me know how you go! Thanks!

2019-06-21T00:23:48+00:00 Mine still seems to be working. Is there some specific app or program you are trying to use it with? Have you check the permissions for different programs?
Driver I show is 1.3.89.0 dated 10/24/2018 and it shows eight drivers in the driver details area.
Otherwise, all I can suggest is to uninstall the device and all drivers then start over by just plugging it in and see if it picks up its own drivers.
