I am thinking about buying a Windows Server 2019 Datacenter license, but I have a few offers to choose from. Namely, this version of the system has many P / N in various sources, e.g. P73-08800, P73-07898, which have information on the emblem that they are Datacenter versions, but I often see the following that only feature the Standard version. I am asking for what product number should I use for me or the other software.
Can you see it P73-08800. My Microsoft dealers with whom I work with told me that although it is a Datacenter license, it only has the features and capabilities of the Standard edition. Can you tell me if they are wrong? Since I called Microsoft in my country and they couldn't answer that question, they just told me to contact the reseller. I have been looking for answers for several days and no one can answer them.

Yes, I read this page, but I got a quote from an authorized Microsoft reseller who offered me these products, but the emblem on the package says that these are sixteen-core licenses that include 2VM etc. To my knowledge, Datacenter has an unlimited number of deployed virtual machines. So please provide the exact product number of the official boxed version of the server 2019 datacenter.
