How can I download and install Windows 10 for iPad?

I am interested in learning Python programming, and for practice purpose I need to install applications like Anaconda and Jupyter notebooK. Kindly avail me your support. Thank you.

    I have done this on Android devices myself using the steps in the guide posted below. Though, I have not personally done this on IOS the same guide claims that it will help setup Windows 10 on IOS and since I know it works for Android devices I am hopeful that it will help you
