Printer Won't print black, but prints color
I reinstalled my printer HP Envy 4520. It prints, but the black ink isn't working. I checked the cartridge and it is full. Test papers print, but nothing.

2019-07-01T22:21:59+00:00 A new printer cartridge and setting it to window manager fixed the problem. The black ink cartridge must have be bad because the printer said it was full. I thank you for your help!

2019-07-01T19:03:36+00:00 1.Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
- Right click your printer and click "Set as default printer." When a window pops just click "Ok."
- Under Devices and Printers, right click your printer and the "Set as default printer" must now be automatically checked.
- Check the Printing Preferences > Paper/Quality tab again (Devices and Printer > right-click your printer > Printing Preferences > Paper/Quality tab) and the Color option for B/W and Colored printing should now be there.
