Windows Hello No Compatible Camera Found

I just recently purchased a razer blade 15 2019 base model, and Windows hello facial recognition isn't working. It says "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello." I have been looking online for solutions and it seems that running the web cam driver in compatibility mode fixes this, however I can't find the driver setup packages for this webcam online in order to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

    According to Razer official website:

    https://www.razer.com/gaming-laptops/razer-blade

the Razor Blade 15 base tech specs shows that your computer should have just a Built-in HD webcam (1MP / 720P) insted of a Windows:registered: Hello built-in IR HD webcam (1MP / 720P) usually installed on Advanced model

Windows Hello face authentication utilizes a camera specially configured for near infrared (IR) imaging to authenticate and unlock Windows devices as well as unlock your Microsoft Passport.

I'm sorry but probably you have to consider the option to buy a specific external webcam for face recognition.

    Here some examples

For streaming and security: Logitech Brio 4K ($200 at Amazon)

Budget-friendly security: Mouse Facial Recognition Camera ($70 at Amazon)

I ran the program and all of my drivers are up to date. The driver I need to download is a Microsoft usb video device driver version 10.0.18362.1, released on 06-21-2006.
