I bought a new smart tv.  On the remote control that came with it the smart tv  there are four buttons at the bottom: one for Netflix, Amazon, Vudu and YouTube. I am using the Chrome browser.  Whenever I click the YouTube button to bring YouTube up on smart TV it  comes up with a white screen saying GOOGLE 400 THAT'S AN ERROR and YOUR CLIENT HAS ISSUED A MALFORMED OR ILLEGAL REQUEST, THATS ALL WE KNOW.  I would really love to use YouTube on my smart tv.  Can you tell me how to get rid of the 400 error so I can watch YouTube?  Thank you, Karen

    Hi Karen

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

What is the make and model of the TV?

It is recomended when you get this error, you should factory reset the TV:

The procedure to do so might vary depending on the make and model of your TV.
