Why am I getting "failed to validate oauth token response" when logging into IoT Central through an organization?

I'm working in a client's subscription and their authentication is set up to log in using a domain. When I attempt to log into IoT Central using the "Sign in to an Organization" option, I am redirected to the app with an error messages that reads, "We're sorry, something went wrong on our end." The error message at the bottom of the screen is 500.043.998.103 / 2nnubg2g.1 and when I hover over it reads, "Failed to validate oAuth token response." What do I need to do to resolve this issue?

    Hello @Anonymous ,

Please refer to the documentation on : Manage users and roles in your IoT Central application. This documentation gives info on 'Add', 'Delete', and 'Manage Roles'.

Please clear your browser session cookies and try again. We can also try from a different laptop to make sure we are using the right session credentials.
