Feature Update to Windows 10, version 1903 will not install

I 've been trying to install this update for weeks, wasting hours of my time. I've tried just about everything suggested. It will get to the point of restarting and installing updates reaching about 28% and then restarts saying "undoing changes made to your computer". I was told by chatting with someone from Microsoft that my BIOS needs updating of which there is no update available. My BIOS is 80.20, 10/30/2014. If this is true, why does the update assistant when trying a manual install say that my computer is compatible and ready to install the 1903 update.

    I have never used Onedrive.

    Right click on "start menu">click on "Run">type in "msinfo32">under "System Summary", scroll down to "BIOS version/date". Mine is dated 10/31/14. There is not an update available. I've tried everything, more than once and I've come to the conclusion that no matter what I do, if the BIOS isn't updated then I can't update.

    The logs are way too long to post. Tried the ISO file again and this is the error :

    The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation.

    I just noticed that this log is only for today and I haven't tried installing the update today. I was going to try istalling with the ISO file again.
