On Xbox One when the movie is playing, go to the caption/subtitle icon on the lower left of the screen and select one of the options that doesn't say Narration. Typically the option "Primary - English - Dolby Audio - 6 Channel"
Xbox One - Movies app - Can't turn off narrator
I have checked in my "Settings" under "Narrator" and it is not checked. I have done everything but reset the Xbox One to stop the narrator. Any ideas how I fix it?

2019-08-25T08:36:57+00:00 I have this same issue. It seems to have nothing to do with xbox narrator. It only happens with one of my movies. Doesn’t happen to others.

Ways to Turn Off the Voice Narration on Xbox One
