How Can I clean up my C:\Windows\winsxs\ folder?

Can anyone suggest how to clean up my C:\Windows\winsxs\ folder? Its 15GB.

"Windows Update Cleanup" can't find it.

I'm on Win7 64bit

    Leave the WinSXS Folder alone as mentioned by GTS-NU as it contains Core Win System and by messing with it can make your computer unusable.

    Don't try to clean it!  The winsxs folder contains much of the core Windows system. Also it includes hard links to certain Windows folders which inflates the the size shown. 

      What do you mean by  Windows Update Cleanup" can't find it?  That is the one item that usually will do some cleanup of the WinSXS folder tree.
