    Hi Chris,

That's Great!... I'm Glad to hear that you finally got it to install using the Supportassist OS Recovery USB Drivethat I suggested you try. (You Could Have Done It Without The Rage … :) But never the Less, Your Up And Running Again.

    Hi Chris,

Did you try Dell's OS Recovery Tool from there Web site?... I also have a Alienware 17 R-4 Laptop. Go to there Web site, and type in your Service Tag Number ( It will Be On The Bottom Of your Unit) then look for the Tool, Called OS Recovery Tool and download it. (You will Need A different Computer to do this task) Once you download it, launch it and it will install the exact Windows 10 Version that was preinstalled on your unit the day you first set it up (Out Of The Box)Onto a USB Flash Drive. Also try and use a Different Flash Drive than the one you have been using. I used a 32gb flash drive.

Good Luck And I Hope This Helps...

    greetings,

nevermind the drivers. i already "cleaned up" my SSD. my current problem is that no matter what, win10 wont install.

Whenever i tried to boot from usb, it goes to the options:

    1. intall now

    2)repair

When i choose intall now, it shows the available partition. I delete it all then install on the whole unallocated disk. Then it needs to restart to finish installing. BUT HERE'S THE THING... it either goes in blue screen and says:

    1. winload efi error 0xc000000f (sometimes its 0xc0000005) or,
    2. error window pops out and says “encounter inxpected error. Window installation cannot proceed.

i really hope someone could help me with this one.

To me is sounds like you need to get the wacom driver or the hardware fixed.  Can the computer maker help or tell you where to get the help you need?
