(Should note, I'm not too tech savvy with computers)

As far back as 24/6/2019 I've been getting BSOD and times where the computer just freezes forever. Looking at reliability monitor it says there have been different faulting applications, these are all of them below:

Extra information about the problem

Bucket ****t sure if all this information helps. But I am noticing that the most common faulting applications are AWCC, Windows, and the one that seems to stop working almost every time is the BackgroundTaskHost. (Not sure if this matters at all, but it says in C:/Windows/System32 that it has 19KB)

Also in the BSOD, it says stop code: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

There is also another stop code I've seen but can't recall what it was.

I really want to fix this issue and I highly appreciate any help. Thank you!

Thanks. It means due to some reason dump files aren't being written.

Hi Sumit, I just tried launching computer in safe mode and I tried searching for minidump, and found that it was empty. I then looked for memory.dmp which didn't show up.

    Hi,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.

Please share them with us for a better analysis of the problem. Instructions can be found here:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Please let us know if you need any assistance about posting dump files.
