Hi Tuan
My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.
Try simplifying your configuration by keeping only your mouse and keyboard attached, that means:
Disconnecting multiple display monitors.
Remove discrete video cards, use the on-board graphics if your motherboard supports it.
If you have access to a different set of RAM sticks, I would try that to see if it works.
If you have more than one hard disk installed, disconnect all except the target disk where Windows 10 will be installed. I see you have both a SSD and mechanical hard disk installed. Try removing the HDD and install Windows only on the SSD.
Reset your BIOS Defaults.

Disconnect all external devices, since connected devices can sometimes confuse setup.
If setup is successful after performing these tasks, you can reinstall each removed component.
I would also try disabling virtualization in the BIOS.
If this does not help, it likely could suggest its the motherboard that is at fault and you need to get it replaced or exchanged.
