    Thank you for your help, I guess I need to wait till my daughter gets back from Europe to get info that was sent with the device. I cant get into it from the screen its froze on. Plus the links show how to restart from a running device. Someone at amazon tried to reset it then sent it frozen to the customer. Thank you again.

    Thank you for your help, I'll pour over the manual to see if we can restart the device, Someone at Amazon tried to erase the information on it, But now its stuck on a screen saying that if you plan to give away or recycle, you need to restart the device. With a button that just says "Got it", and nothing happens when you hit the button, like its froze in that position.

    Any advice would be very helpful.
