My windows setting do not have gaming mode

Hi, i just got windows 10 from university 

but why my windows setting do not have gaming mode.

also Xbox bar, Game bar do not work. Can not launch games from Xbox ONE and when go to setting in Xbox console companion *CLICK* the captures the app will stop working.

please, help me Thank you so much

    You need to download and install the Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 N since that is what you have installed:

    After installing, check if you can then access Gaming Mode.

    Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

    On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?
