    Hi,

For steps on how you can download an app on your Lumia 435, you may follow these steps:

    1. In the App list, tap Store . If prompted, sign in with your Microsoft account.
    2. Pan down to browse featured apps or games, or swipe over to browse other collections and categories. If you know what you're looking for, you can also tap Search . When you find an app or game you want, tap it.
    3. If an app or game is free, tap Install to download it. Otherwise:
      • Tap Buy to pay for it (you'll be prompted twice).
      • Tap Try to download a free trial version (if available).

Look in the App list for new apps or games you've bought. (It might take several minutes for an app or game to finish downloading.)

We also suggest that you use a WiFi connection to avoid extra cellular charges that may apply.

Keep us posted for further assistance.

    Regards.

My Nokia Lumia 435 whatsapp stopped working. I installed it and when I try to download it again it requires me to have a WiFi connection even though I have data.
