Hi,

My browser ( Chrome & IE ) had the same issue. When I open a web browser, it shows half of the screen, I can scroll down to see all the website but it is so inconvenient. Anyone know how to fix it?

Hi I'm Peter an independent advisor, I've been checking several comments from other forums and to solve the issue users have said they open the webpage up in full screen then minimise it...

I just went to right top corner of internet explorer, there is Tools symbol.

Click on it, and then go to File -> Full Screen and check it. (or you can just type F11.)

Now the window will become full screen. Now the same way uncheck the same Full Screen option. (or you can just type F11 again.)

Now the internet explorer is back to its original condition. Check out this solution when you find the problem

    Hi DucLe6

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

Which version of Windows 10 is currently installed? See how to verify:

I would try clearing the browser cache for bother Chrome and Internet Explorer to see if it resolves the problem.

Does this happen in Microsoft Edge too?

    Clear Cache Chrome:

Internet Explorer 8 (Win) - Clearing Cache and Cookies

    If that does not work...

Turn off hardware acceleration in both Chrome and Internet Explorer:

    Chrome:

    Open Google Chrome.

Click Customize and Control Google Chrome > Settings.

Click on Show advanced settings and scroll to the System section.

Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available and restart Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer (this will do it for Edge too)

Click Start, and then click Internet Explorer.

Click the Tools icon in the upper-right corner, and then click Internet Options.

Click the Advanced tab, and then under Accelerated graphics, select the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering check box.

Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates

Download and install any pending updates

    Restart your computer

First, try restarting your graphics driver:

    Press Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B

    If that does not work...

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

    Expand Display adapters

Right click the current display adapter

    Click Properties

    Click Driver tab

Click Rollback driver if the option is available

    If not

Right click the current display adapter

    Click Uninstall

Check the box that says, "Delete the driver software for this device.”

    Exit Device Manager

    Restart

Go to Start -> Settings -> Update & security, then Check for updates and install any available updates.

You might need to update the display driver from the manufacturer of your computers website.

If you have an nVidia, AMD ATI video card or Intel HD graphics installed, you can download the latest drivers from their website.

First, determine what type of graphics you have installed.

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

    Expand Display adapters

Once you have determined the graphics driver, go the vendors website and search for the driver in the download section:

Intel - Downloads for Graphics Drivers - Drivers & Software - Intel

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/...

    nVidia - http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

AMD ATI - Download Drivers - AMD Support

    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Some of these sites offer autodetect options.
