Enable equalizer in windows 7?

Hello :)

My windows 10 pc has the equalizer option enabled for my speakers, but my windows 7 pc doesnt have that option. Both operating systems are in the same drive in the same laptop. How do i make this option appear in windows 7?

    Turning on Graphic Equalizer in Windows 7 Media Player 12.

    Open the Media Player.

    You will now see the now playing window.

    In this Now Playing Window of Media Player Right Click in the Window and select Enhancements from the drop down.

     Then select Graphic Equalizer.

    You should now see the Graphic Equalizer.

    ( NOTE ) : You can also just open the Now playing window and right click on it.

    Select Enhancements.

    Select Graphic Equalizer.

    In the now playing Window select Play all Music.
