I am getting the "Control center installation is incomplete! Please re-install again." error message on Windows 10 Home.  What do I need to do to fix this?  How do I re-install when the upgrade came from Microsoft online and the original version was put on my computer by Dell when I purchased it?

    Hi Becky

That is not an error message from Windows, do you have Western Digital Print Share (WD Printshare) installed on your PC - that is the general cause of this error, if you have that installed, uninstalling that will remove the error, and if you want to keep using that utility, download and install the latest version . . .

By any chance, do you have a Netgear router? When I was researching Netgear routers, I read about the Netgear USB Control Center, which sometimes shows this error when Windows is upgraded.

The error may be due to Dell’s control centre rather than Windows - it may require updating or reinstalling.

You’d have to visit Dell’s driver download page for your model of PC for this.
