How to stop MSN from automatically launching on startup

My default browser is Google Chrome. Running windows 10 Home. i have tried various methods found with a search and also remedies on Microsoft community, none of which work...

    Hi Display

    Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor.

    1. Invoke Task Manager from CTRL+SHIFT+ESC > Under Start up see if this is listed. If yes, right click on it and Disable
    2. Windows Key+R > Copy and paste following into Run and Enter

    shell:startup

    This will openup Startup folder

    See if you have this in it

    If yes, Delete shortcut from here

    1. Use Autoruns to find out where this gets hidden
