that's the message I get every time I try to install my amd graphics drivers

    What is your build? :

    Windows Key + R > type winver in the "Open" box > OK

    What is the OS build?

    Also, which AMD graphics driver are you trying to install?

    hi there,its  windows 10 x86 version 1903 (os build 18362.207) the graphics card is an xfx radeon rx 480 8gb thanks in advance for any help its very definitely appreciated.

    Can you confirm if it is 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64):

    Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the Open box > OK

    Click on "System Summary"

    In the adjacent right window what is the "System type"?

    hi there I did use their drivers on my old r 360 card without issue then I had to re-install windows and after that they wouldn't install  so I upgrade my card  to the one I stated  so, what do you think is the best option, re install windows 10 x64 instead, it wont be a problem because I use a dedicated 250gb ssd as my primary system drive,

    thankyou for the advice I did have a feeling that was the problem I just wasn't sure,but now I know,are you sure that should solve the problem?, kind regards andy.

    • Are you using 32bit Windows ? AMD only make 64bit drivers for this gpu, but if

    you have installed drivers for the RX480 before your OS is not  x86.

    radeon-400-series/radeon-rx-400-series/radeon-rx-480
