Hi Melvin
The Beats Pill does not require any device drivers to be installed on your PC
Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)
Go to Bluetooth and other Devices
Click 'Add a Device'
Then press the 'b' for 3 seconds until the Bluetooth LED located at the rear of the Pill blinks white
That should pair that speaker with your PC . . .

I don't know pill I have but its about 6 years old.

Beats Pill doesn’t require drivers, it does require connecting via Bluetooth which does require drivers.
Are you having problems connecting or using the Beats?
There’s currently a bug with Windows 10 1903 which is interfering with Bluetooth use & preventing devices from connecting.

The only information I can find is that you have to connect it with Bluetooth.
