Im downloading a lot of mp4 movies and everytime i play the files they work fine until i copy them to USB and it pops up with the error. But for some reason this has only started happening 30GB into the USB and it has a capacity of 2TB. I have tried formatting to different types and have also tried file types like MP4 which seems to work  more than the others but i have also tried MKV and ALV i think its called but those dont work either. Most files i download are around 2GB but that doesnt really seem to be the problem as i have files that are just over and under 2GB that work fine but the ones that have the error are around the same size too. Can someone please help with this

You may want to try partitioning the USB in to multiple partitions of the 30 GB size.
