    Hi. RichardConness

    My Name is David B.

Independent Advisor I'd like to help.

In this case, below, we show you the steps to follow:

View of My Computer when you want to pass photos from iPhone to PC:

    1. Connect your iPhone to the PC through the Lightning cable (the same one you use to charge the iPhone battery).
    2. On your computer, open My Computer. There you will have to find and open the iPhone device folder.
    3. Inside there should be a folder called DCIM that will contain a few more folders in which iPhone photos will be stored.
    4. Open each of the folders and copy or move the photos to the location you want on your computer. You can also move all folders at once by selecting them.

Other methods to pass photos to your computer, would be the following:

    • iCloud: Access the iCloud website from your computer. Once you log in you will see that you can access the information on your iPhone that you store in the Apple cloud. Search and select «Photos» and you will see all the photos of the iPhone appear. It will be as simple as selecting them and pressing the download button that appears above in the form of a cloud with a down arrow.

    • Google Photos: If you download the Google application on both devices you will only have to wait for your photos to be synchronized and you can access them from the iPhone and from your computer.

    • From a Mac: You can transfer photos from your iPhone very quickly if you have access to a Mac.

    • Other cloud storage services: Applications such as Dropbox or OneDrive available for both iOS and Windows allow you to store photos and synchronize them with both devices.

    Regards...
