I have a virus that opens a page called dinoraptzor.org whenever I turn my pc on, I have deleted it from the Regedit and it comes back, I used spy hunter 5, nothing works.

I would also recommend to download an run a full scan one at a time of the following apps:
The free version of bitdefender
and malwarebytes.
Run a full scan and see if it finds anything.
If it still happens then it would be best to boot into safe mode then run a full scan from safe mode, you could use windows defender for this.

Run a full system scan with Windows Defender.
