Sync android game to Windows 10

I downloaded my game in BlueStacks but do not know how to sync game play progress from my android tablet to what is now on my PC.  Can someone please tell me how to do that?

    When I click on BlueStacks settings there is not a Cloud Connect option... please advise.  thank you!

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    We understand you want to sync game play progress from Android tablet to BlueStacks in your PC. We would like to know if you were using Google account to sign to the game.

    If you were using Google account to sign in to the game on the Android tablet, you can use the same Google account in BlueStacks installed on your PC and the game play should be synced across the devices.

    However, you may refer the steps mentioned below and check if that helps:

    1. Open BlueStacks application.
    2. Now, go to BlueStacks Settings.
    3. Click on Cloud Connect, enter your Email and Phone number to register with BlueStacks. You will receive a PIN code make a note of it.
    4. Now, go to Play Store on your Tablet, search for BlueStacks Cloud Connect and download it.
    5. Enter the PIN code noted in step 3. The device is connected with BlueStacks.
    6. Now, go to BlueStacks Cloud Connect application on your tablet, click on the app that you want to sync and click on Sync button.
    7. Once the sync is completed, you will receive a notification on your phone. After this, you can enjoy the recently synced game.

    If you still face issues, you can get in touch with the BlueStacks Support team and they will be able to help you accordingly.

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    In this case, let me point you in the right direction so that you get the appropriate support. I would suggest you to get in touch with the BlueStacks Support team as they being the manufacturer of the program, would be the right team to provide you options on the BlueStacks application.

    It would be my intention to provide the best option possible regarding this issue.
