When I use my wireless headphones with my PC (with a bluetooth dongle), the volume is stuck at 66, and moving the volume slider does nothing except for when I mute the volume. I've been using my headphones for 6 months but this problem just started happening today.

Methods 1 and 2 didn't work; the bluetooth support service was already running and my headphones have already been set as default. When I tried method 3, there wasn't an option in troubleshooting for hardware and devices. My headphones are still stuck at the same volume.
I already tried those steps and they didn't fix the problem.

The SFC said it didn't find any violations and failed to solve the problem. I also tried resetting my headphones but that didn't work as well.
