I was researching on this issue and came across with some troubleshooting steps and we would like you to perform these methods and check if that fix the issue.
Method 1:
- Click on Start Menu and type “CMD”. Right click on the CMD icon and select Run as administrator.
- Copy and paste the commands and press enter after every command.
- net stop spooler
- del /f /s /q %systemroot%\System32\spool\PRINTERS\*
- net start spooler
- Restart the PC and check.
Method 2:
- Click Start Menu and type “services.msc” and hit Enter.
- Scroll down to Print spooler services.
- Right-click Print spooler, then select Properties.
- Select the Log On tab, and uncheck Allow service to interact with desktop.
- Restart the PC and check.
