Windows 10 Bluetooth connection to iPhone X unsuccessful (device not supported)

When I try to connect me iPhone X (iOS 13.2) to my Windows 10 Surface, (version 1809 (OS Build 17763.805) the devices are found in the add device screens (on both the Windows 10 and iPhone) and when I select pair the both present the same number, but once I select pair then the iPhone shows a unsuccessful, devices not supported error message, and the only option is "forget device"

Searching the web there are many examples of this, but non have a solution. I've tried the basic restart of both devices, and restart of services but non of these seem to help. The Windows 10 devices happily connects to other Bluetooth devices like the surface mouse, and the iPhone happily connects to other Bluetooth devices like air-pods.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Dave

Thanks for the reply @JeffreyCloutier, that has resolved the issue, the iPhone and Windows 10 devices are now pairing and I've enabled Dynamic lock.

The update was not showing for me in Windows Updates, and I had to trigger the update manually. But thanks for the tip :)
