3D accelerator in windows 10

Hi,

I have preinstalled windows 10 in my laptop which I recently bought. Few days back I downloaded a game 'Magic Farm'. When I try to play the game it says this program requires 3D accelerator to run. Whereas 'direct 3D accelerator' is already enabled in my laptop, still I am not able to play this game.

Kindly help.

    Direct 3D acceleration is already enabled, still the app is not opening.

    Hi I'm Peter an independent advisor, please try the following

    Step 1
    Open the "Start" menu and type "dxdiag" into the Windows Live search box, then press "Enter." This will bring up the "DirectX Diagnostics" dialog box.

    Step 2
    Click the "Display" tab.

    Step 3
    Locate the "Direct3D Acceleration" entry.

    Click the "Enable" option next to the Direct3D entry. This will turn on Direct3D acceleration. You may need to restart your computer to make the changes effective.
