    Hi, AfonsoAlves1

My name is Marc, thanks for participating in the Microsoft Community, I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

Check if you have TLS enabled

    1. Press the Windows + R keys
    2. In the Open box type: control inetcpl.cpl and press Enter
    3. In the Internet Properties panel, open the Advanced tab
    4. In the configuration window, go down to the bottom and activate the boxes:

    Use SSL 2.0

    Use SSL 3.0

    Use TLS 1.0

    Use TLS 1.1

    Use TLS 1.2

    1. Click Apply and OK to close the Internet Properties.

It is also possible that the problem may be caused by some antivirus, antispyware, third-party firewall or other programs that interfere with access to secure connections

    Regards,

    Marc M.

I applied the changes. The problem is the number of logs I have and no details on the XML log in Event Viewer.

I can't find a good correlation to really determine the root cause yet.

Let's see if this simple fix resolved the issue.

    Thanks Marc M.
