Test the SSD with the manufacturer's testing tools:

HP and Dell have built-in hardware diagnostics you can boot into via the ESC or F12 keys respectively
If it passes diagnostics then run a full Disk Check: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/check-hard-dri...
If the drive is within a year of purchase you have full Support, Repair and Replacement warranty so I would contact the manufacturer to help you test it so it's set up for RMA replacement.
